- Juan Mundo Travel is not liable for the performance, decisions, delays, or policies of these third parties. 

6. Fees and Payments
All service fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Government fees, visa charges, airline tickets, accommodation, and other third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to Juan Mundo Travel are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Change of mind.
- Visa refusals.
- Delays in processing.
- Ineligibility discovered after service commencement.
- Failure to provide required documents.
- Cancellation of travel plans.
- External factors beyond our control.
- By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full. 

8. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes requested after service commencement may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to refuse modifications depending on the stage of the process.
